Cake is a form of food, typically a sweet, baked dessert. There are countless cake recipes; some are bread-like, some rich and elaborate and many are centuries old. Cake making is no longer a complicated procedure; while at one time considerable labor went into cake making (particularly the whisking of egg foams), baking equipment and directions have been simplified that even the most amateur cook may bake a cake.

There are many types of cake in the world. Few days ago, There was hold 36th cake exhibition in India. Do you know what is the main aspect of that Cake exhibition......!!! There is showed in this exhibition a largest cake which is the biggest cake in India which length is 22feets and width is 14feets.

The more interesting aspect is that the cake is as like as the Hotel TAJ of India..............
